He is the director and presiding lawyer of Taipei Joius Law Firm, who is registered as a lawyer, a veterinarian and a radiologist. He is also the Chairman of the Shareholders' Rights and Interests Protection Association registered at the Taiwan Ministry of the Interior. He specializes in the following fields regarding Taiwan laws: Securities and Exchange Law, Company Law, Physician Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Banking Law, Investment Trust and Investment Consulting Law, and serves as independent directors and legal advisers of several Taiwan listed OTC companies, as well as directors of well-known banks and independent directors of well-known airlines for public welfare.
