Mr. Jin has over 15 years of experience in the areas of FDI, domestic/cross-border M&A transactions, corporate mergers and spin-offs, restructurings, employment law compliance, overseas IPOs for Chinese companies , foreign investments in real estate development, regulatory compliance for foreign invested enterprises, antitrust&competition, etc. Prior to joining Joius, Mr. Jin worked at BAE KIM&LEE LLC, a reputable law firm in South Korea, for a long time.
