Joius also wrote “A Study of the Problems in Promoting Government Legal Consultation System” with the joint research group of The Judicial Committee of Shanghai Zhabei District, and the essay was awarded third prize of theoretical research in the fourteenth (2015) Shanghai Developing of Democracy and Regulation research group.
