The Mainstream Corporate Department of Joius is mainly responsible for legal services such as M&A, corporate governance, data compliance, environment and carbon economies. The department provides legal services for Fortune 500 enterprises, multinational enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, and delivers services including investment structure planning, corporate general legal counsel, M&A, application for regional headquarters, functional institutions, as well as setting up of companies, drafting of contracts and legal opinions, labor and employment consultation, legal and tax training, issuance of lawyer letters and commercial negotiation. The department is capable of integrating resources, providing clients corporate with investment suggestions and policy analysis. The department can also recommend clients and projects of high quality to governments and industrial zones. Moreover, the Department provides services on environmental protection, carbon emission and ESG, as well as legal service on natural resources, traditional energy and new tech energy. According to the client’s nature, we can provide customized legal services such as compliance, investment and M&A, consultation on low-carbon operations such as carbon emission trading, investment in energy conservation and emission reduction projects, CCER (Chinese Certified Emission Reduction) application and “carbon neutralization” scheme formulation.
Granted by the District’s Administration for Market Regulation Agency， Joius is “centralized registration site” of Jingan District， accommodating 300 enterprises to be registered at our location. We can provide services including relocation, transfer of government documents, bookkeeping, tax declaration, annual corporate information disclosure, seeking government financial support, de-registration and perennial legal counsel to enterprises registered at our site.
