On 14th July 2023, Shanghai Joius Law Firm Yantai Office and Remoly Private Limited from Remoly Group held a signing ceremony for Strategic Cooperation and Legal Consultancy in Yantai DAB Technology Centre Building. Shanghai Joius Law Firm Yantai Office Director Ms. Gao Juan, Attorney Qin Han, Remoly Group Founder & CEO Lewis Ling and Asia Pacific General Manager Lucina Lu attended the ceremony.

Eventually, Shanghai Joius Law Firm Yantai Office and Remoly Group formally signed the cooperation agreement, the two parties reaches a strong consensus on this strategic cooperation and legal service to establish comprehensive collaboration in areas relating to overseas investment, crossborder operation, etc. It is expected the parties will give full use of respective advantages to promote the business development of both sides.
