On 14th July 2023, Shanghai Joius Law Firm Yantai Office and Remoly Private Limited from Remoly Group held a signing ceremony for Strategic Cooperation and Legal Consultancy in Yantai DAB Technology Centre Building. Shanghai Joius Law Firm Yantai Office Director Ms. Gao Juan, Attorney Qin Han, Remoly Group Founder & CEO Lewis Ling and Asia Pacific General Manager Lucina Lu attended the ceremony.
Director Ms. Gao Juan first gave a brief introduction about Joius’s “1+6+1” business model, “Corporate Management” structure model, high-quality client basis and the goal in pursuing optimum solutions in each case for our clients.
CEO Mr. Lewis Ling then introduced Remoly Group’s focus on providing one-stop cross-border human resources services in overseas investment business. He said that Remoly has already covered more than 150 countries and regions around the world, and helps companies achieve their localized talent recruitment goals through its multi-service network.
Eventually, Shanghai Joius Law Firm Yantai Office and Remoly Group formally signed the cooperation agreement, the two parties reaches a strong consensus on this strategic cooperation and legal service to establish comprehensive collaboration in areas relating to overseas investment, crossborder operation, etc. It is expected the parties will give full use of respective advantages to promote the business development of both sides.
Director Gao Juan promises, Joius will lead the Joius team to provide high-quality and refined legal services to prevent legal risks and contribute to the development of the Remoly Group in the future.
