Daniel Ding is the Chief Partner and Managing Director of Shanghai Joius Law Firm. He has been  practicing for 23 years and has rich experienced in areas such as finance & securities law, commercial dispute resolution and government affairs. In 1998, he became was the first college student in Shanghai to represent Shanghai citizens in court proceedings. Now, Daniel mainly provides legal services to small and medium enterprises, financial institutions and government agencies.

Mr. Ding is a council member of the Shanghai Bar Association, director of the Securities Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association, and associate director of the Planning and Rules Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
